The Tuesday Group

The Tuesday Group started in 2024 after an existing group closed down, leaving its members with nowhere to meet and socialize. Directors Suzanne, Rachael and Leah stepped in and Crafting Conversations started running a weekly group. The Tuesday group is supported by Cambridge Road Methodist Church for which we are truly grateful. From a humble start in a local coffee shop we have gone from strength to strength, supporting 51 adults in the community by providing access to art and crafts, a space to socialize, somewhere to meet friends and have a cup of tea and a bite to eat. We work with other community organisations and are truly rooted in the heart of our community. The group is set up for adults with mental health problems, neurodivergence and learning difficulties but we also welcome carers and people from the wider community who may otherwise experience social isolation. We are passionate about inclusion and support our members to take part in events and social activities across Birmingham. The Tuesday Group also hosts our inclusive choir who meet at the church monthly. Funded by Hall Green NNS and powered by a love for art, music, inclusion and community we believe our group is invaluable. Come along to see what we do, you will be made most welcome.
